Windy.app Care program
Windy.app Care program is meteorological support for today’s heroes: firefighters, rescue team members, scientists, volunteers, NGO workers, activists, students studying meteorology, sport coaches, and others.
The goal of the program is to put the professional weather tool we have developled in the hands of people who will truly benefit from it supporting, helping, and saving others. If you contribute to society, we did like you to use the Pro version of the app.

How to participate in the program
1. If you don’t already have Windy.app, download the latest version from the Apple App Store for iOS or the Google Play Store for Android. If you already have an app, skip this point and go straight to the second.
2. Open the main menu of the app and go to the “Windy.app Care” section. There you will see the same message about the program as on this page.
3. Submit the application, answering a few simple questions: Who are you and what exactly do you want to use the app for? Here you just need to choose your answers from the choices offered.
Leave more information about you
- Name, lastname
- Country, region, city
- Work you’re doing and how Windy.app is useful
- Let us know if there’s a parameter / feature you need us to add to the app
5. Submit your application and wait for a response.
Our support staff will review it and, if you meet the basic criteria described on this page, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know that you are accepted into the program. This usually takes a few days to a week. After that, we will activate the Pro version for you permanently.
We reserve the right to choose or refuse to enroll certain applicants if we feel that their situation does not meet these simple requirements.
