Seasonality: Red drum and spotted seatrout are the primary inshore targets in West Bay in Galveston County, Texas (duplicate/alternate - see also 466705 West Bay North Shore Line and 601306 West Bay TX), year-round, with redfish best in fall and seatrout most productive in spring and fall. Flounder and jack crevalle are seasonal species. Tarpon are summer visitors.
