Gurnard Sailing Club is located on the shores of Gurnard Bay, a mile or so west of Cowes. The location is superb with the prevailing south westerlies providing windward starts and reaching legs to the mainland shore. The racing area is set either within Gurnard Bay for the smaller dinghies or the exciting waters of the western Solent for fast reaching and Olympic courses. The tides are strong and provide challenging conditions which makes for first-class sailing.

Wight dolphins The island premier scuba club has been diving and training in the world of scuba since 1975. We offer in house courses from entry level right up to advanced divers and beyond with many other skill courses available. We dive all round the Island and beyond from shallower dives to 40 mtr plus.

Vision Yachts has an extensive knowledge and depth of experience in a wide range of composite construction including Round the World boats, Admirals Cup boats, multi-hulls, power boats and composite components including carbon fibre masts and spars.

The RORC is recognised as the premier organiser of racing for offshore yachts, including the most famous Rolex Fastnet Race, the Brewin Dolphin Commodores' Cup, the RORC Caribbean 600 and RORC Transatlantic Race and more. RORC is also involved in many other international events, such as the Rolex Middle Sea Race, the Transatlantic Ocean Racing Series etc.

Today, the Royal Yacht Squadron remains one of the most preeminent yacht clubs in the world after celebrating it’s Bicentenary in 2015. The clubhouse is located in Cowes Castle on the Isle of Wight in the United Kingdom, the club’s patron is Queen Elizabeth II and the club’s Admiral is Prince Philip.

The Club is one of the most historic and prestigious Yacht Clubs in Great Britain. The elegant Regency Clubhouse, which has recently been refurbished and upgraded, is situated on The Parade, Cowes, Isle of Wight. The Club, which is a private Members Club, organises Sailing and Social Events for both Members and Visitors, and provides a high standard of catering. The Club has gained an enviable reputation for organising top quality Sailing Regattas, including the Charles Stanley Direct Cowes Classic Week, one of the largest regattas that takes place in the Solent each year, the Tempest World Championship in 2016, and the Etchells European and World Championships that took place in September 2016.

The Island Sailing Club is based in Cowes. It is a members club which actively promotes sailing in the local area. The Club has a good range of facilities inc. a bar, Sonar keelboat hire, accommodation and it hosts a wide range of events.

World Cruising Club organises sailing rallies for yachts to destinations worldwide. Our best-known rally is the Atlantic Rally for Cruisers (ARC), an annual event from Gran Canaria to Saint Lucia that has been running since 1986. Since then, more than 4,000 boats from scores of countries have taken part in World Cruising Club rallies, looked after by our dedicated teams in every destination port. Cruising in company provides a safety net of fellow sailors, all travelling the same route at the same time. Our organisation ensures that participants are prepared for the voyage and supports them on their adventure.

The Brokerage department is run by Rhian Sewell and her team of three full-time Broker’s. Open seven days a week, it is the busiest office in the group – with successful sales of almost £5 million pounds worth of boats sales per annum. The moment you list your boat with this office, it is immediately available across our whole network – Falmouth to Brighton, Hamble to S France, Lymington to Palma.
