Ski instructor Roland Krämer has a team with a healthy mix of older, experienced and young, sometimes very successful as a racing runner, teachers. Of the 16 at the Schorr mountain to make people have a valid DSV-license 6 Instructor basic level, 6 have the Instructor Status, and a further 4 are even DSV ski instructor.
