Один из лучших спотов в СПб, легко подъехать на машине, парковка в 50м от спота. Трафик большой, но можно отехать 200м в сторону и там уже будет меньше народу. На споте есть отель, где хорошо учиться и прыгать, если зарезаться подальше, то там встаёт небольшая волнишка. Можно кататься на гидрофойле. Опасностей на споте нет, пляж и дно песчаные, для запуска и посадки кайта очень много места.

The spot is located in the far western part on the beach of Sestroretsk. This is one of the five most popular kitespots in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region. Formally, the spot is located within the administrative boundaries of the city, but outside the Ring Road. There is convenient transport accessibility to the spot and it is ok for beginners, which determines its popularity. Under a good forecast on a weekend, you should expect a lot of traffic. In good weather, expect a crowd of beachgoers to traffic. The zones for active sports and beach recreation are not separated. Therefore, in good weather, be careful, there may be a lot of children in the water and on the beach.
The 306th bus and minibus No. 305 go to the beach. Get off at the Dune Boarding house stop and then walk for about 10 minutes. You can take the train from Finlyandsky railway station to Beloostrov station and then take a taxi to the beach.

если коротко, то ехать под Запад, за 2-3 дня
при этом чем жарче - тем хуже, чем холоднее, тем лучше
и запад должен дуть как минимум от финки через залив до Спб, чем глубже он дует из балтики тем круче будет в Спб - это правильный запад
всё остальное - лотерея
