Seasonality: Redfish (red drum) and spotted seatrout are the primary inshore targets at Ponce Inlet in Volusia County, Florida, year-round, with redfish best in fall and seatrout most productive in spring and fall. Snook are warm-season inshore species. Southern flounder are a fall-run species. Black drum are cool-season structure fish.
