GGuest 28 October 2023Good friendly club for Winging and Windsurf. Not many trees, so good clear wind, North West straight down lake is best, but saillable in any direction. Usually saillable when others are dry due to drought.

GGuest 12 February 2023Winging, Windsurfing, Windfoiling & Sailing are accessible via Blithfield Sailing Club. You can sail as a guest on 3 occasions before joining as a member. The Club is Royal Yachting Association recognised to deliver course for Dinghy & Windsurfing for Adults & Youths. Gently rolling hills surround this spot meaning winds are some of the cleanest in the region. Come and join us for cruising, high speed blasting, flying on foils or racing! Gaza

SSheeplet 29 January 2020License is neecessary on this lake. Fishing from the boat is better, I did fly fishing. Catch: Freshwater Trout (3lb in average and I caught 8). The biggest were 7lb 8ozs. Hand tied flies only. Season: March-November. You need to ring the lodge and book to visit before you turn up.
