Lagido Surf House is located on Baleal Island in the peninsula of Peniche (less than one hour from Lisbon). Baleal Island is separated from the mainland by a causeway, creating two beautiful beaches, which will host our surf lessons and other activities. These beaches, due to their location and extent ,have the particularity to offer a bit of everything, from bathing areas with life guards, to vast dunes of fine white sand where the waves break with more intensity.

Premium Custom Made Surfboards designed, shaped and tested in Peniche/ Portugal. Every board is designed under the simple principle to give every surfer the best possible surfboard.

The surfer/artist Ivo Nisa opened the first 58 Surf in 1999 in Baleal, Peniche. From the first minute it became a project of life and for life, and every detail was taken into account, the location, the service and the product offering. The 58 Surf offers a unique range of boards on the market, a great variety of technical material, as well as all the necessary support by the time to choose the right board. Even today, with three stores, Baleal, Ericeira and Online, 58 Surf remains the Surf Shop where you enter barefoot, transposing into a commercial space the experience of beach, waves, surf and time.
