TG La Nàutica va ser fundada fa 80 anys amb el nom de Nàutica García, essent a data d’avui una de les nàutiques amb més tradició de Catalunya, la primera nàutica en especialitat en motors fora-borda, dintre-borda i interiors. L’adaptació i modernització en el temps ha fet que podem mantenir un alt nivell de servei, gràcies també a la constant formació tècnica dels professionals que en formen part. A TG La Nàutica volem satisfer les necessitats dels navegants per tal que puguin gaudir de la seva embarcació d’una forma segura i sense riscos. Treballem amb les marques representades i oferim serveis nàutics professionals i de qualitat, amb assistència a tot tipus d’embarcació i a tota la nostra zona de costa.
El nostre Club va ser fundat l'any 1947 per en Frank Keerl, en Rafa Jiménez i en Josep Mª Juanola amb la idea bàsica de fomentar la vela i organitzar regates, i així ho ha estat fent a lo llarg dels seus anys de vida. Seguint amb l'esperit fundacional, l'any 1969 l'Enric Cusí i en Carles Jové varen crear l'escola de vela que segueix funcionant i amb molt d'èxit, aquest any, per exemple, hi han hagut 151 cursillistes. Per altra banda, i sempre en pro de la vela, s'han anat organitzant diversos esdeveniments nàutics.
