The rowing club, founded by a GP, Dr. Grove, around 1865, has a proud history of competitive rowing, producing some outstanding athletes on the national and international scene. The club is run by the trustees and a group of volunteers from the membership & aims to promote rowing in St Ives and the surrounding area.
