Gokova Sailing Club, founded in sailing since 2002, giving athletes an invaluable once the world in Turkey Optimist, Laser, has reached significant success in raising racers in the 420 and 470 branches. SILC Racing Team in Turkey and trained athletes around the world honors the area. GYK athletes have been repeatedly awarded awards for the athlete of the year organized by the TYF every year. Since 2009, the Gökova Sailing Club has undertaken full racer training, while the mission of raising sail athletes has been transferred to Global Sailing Academy AS to provide a more professional service.
