Blue Otter Outfitters offers a choice for experienced paddlers to rent sea kayaks, paddleboards, and sit-on-top kayaks for unguided excursions into the San Juan Islands of Washington State. Our paddleboard and sit-on-top kayaks are rented hourly (or daily) from the beautiful Deception Pass State Park in Bowman Bay.
