For starters? it's not kobala, but Kobla! It is an approximately 1.500 m high mountain, and I liked skiing there occasionally when I was young, even though most of the ski-runs were permanently in shade, and the skiing infrastructure was rather limited (three chair-lifts and two or three saucers). It closed down years ago, but I hear they now re-started a small part again. It is better to hike to the top in summer, as the views are really great.
