Since 1983 we have been related with water sports, windsurfing as a competitor since the age of 13 , as new sports on the ocean emerged the connection was natural and we grew or range and activities like Kitesurf, Paddle Surf, Bodyboard and more. With time a project grew from a small garage to a full shop and import/distribution business, with over 18 diferent supplyers and brands currently, a shop of 125 sqm, and last a Guest House, all located 2km from Guincho Beach our home spot.

GWF is more than a company, it's a way of life. At the age of five I felt already the calling of the Sea, since then it became my playground, riding my banana board, skiing behind my fathers boat, or just fishing with the familly on our holydays, and weekend activities. Time passed, new sports arrived and we kept always trying what appeared, wakeboard, surf, windsurf, kitesurf, paddlesurf, bodyboard, only to name a few.

We are a fully licensed and insured kitesurf school and officially registered. All our instructors speak English, Spanish and Portuguese fluently, are highly qualified by IKO and have several years experience in teaching of kitesurfing. Our professional and experienced instructors will guaranty you a great progression during lessons and will get you kiteboarding in short time and with 100% of safety and fun!

Cascais Surf School is located in Cascais centre and the surf lessons take place in Carcavelos, Guincho or Praia Grande, according to the best conditions. The School offers a variety of surf lessons for all ages and skill levels! Currently Cascais Surf School offers; Group Surf Lessons, Private Surf Lessons, Students / Erasmus Surf lessons, Surf Guiding and Surf Events (Anniversaries, Bachelor Parties, Team Building, etc.).
