Paddle NC was founded in 2013 after the owner, Walt, spent 10 years building his company Hidden Reef Eco Tours on St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands. When he returned to North Carolina he envisioned a kayak touring and rental company that allowed people the opportunity to see the beautiful waters of the coast the way we love to see them; from the water.
