Berkeley Yacht Club is in the Berkeley Marina, on the south side of the harbor entrance channel. The club was founded in 1939, and the clubhouse was built by members between 1940 and 1974. The clubhouse includes a bar, lounge, and dining facilities, and the bar and lounge areas feature a spectacular "three-bridge view" of San Francisco Bay.

The Cal Sailing Club is a non-profit, volunteer-run sailing and windsurfing club that offers lessons, recreation, and free programs for the general public and for summer programs. Members get lessons and, after achieving ratings, use of the club's fleet of 23 dinghies, 6 keelboats and 80 windsurfing boards including novice, intermediate, and advanced designs. Located on the south side of the Berkeley Marina, CSC's major activity is teaching sailing and windsurfing safety.
We are a nor-cal based IKO school and shop, offering a full range of beach and jet ski lessons as well as kiteboarding gear from many brands.
The Happy Hooker is a Coast Guard certified 56' modern fiberglass boat with a heated cabin, stove, color TV, and galley space for 20 people. It is a wide, stable vessel with plenty of room along the port and starboard side, and it is a particularly child-friendly boat due to high rails and stable ride. Open loads, rod rentals available and whole boat charters for up to 30 angers are also available.
The Alameda Community Sailing Center, ACSC, is a volunteer run organization. Each member is unique but we all share a love for the salty spray that is best experienced sailing on the open water. The goal of ACSC is to provide Alameda with world-class facilities and programming for accessible sailing. ACSC hopes to support the Alameda community with positive, outdoor and active water activities.
