Seasonality: Redfish (red drum) and spotted seatrout are the primary inshore targets at Edisto Island in Colleton and Charleston counties, South Carolina, year-round, with redfish best in fall and seatrout most productive in spring and fall. Flounder, sheepshead, and black drum are cool-season species. Edisto Beach State Park provides excellent access.
