Seasonality: Kokanee salmon and coastal cutthroat trout are the primary targets in Yale Lake in Cowlitz and Skamania counties, Washington, year-round, with kokanee most catchable in summer and cutthroat trout year-round. Rainbow trout are stocked and best in spring. Yale Lake is part of the Lewis River hydroelectric chain.
