Shore casting from the rocky points with flashy lures and live bait for papio, bonefish on the sandy flats with small live bait or fly rod imitations. Seasonality: Papio (juvenile giant trevally and omilu) are most abundant along the shoreline near Kahaluu Bay from late summer into fall, coinciding with their juvenile recruitment period.
