I love this area in summer for the best wind and great weather in general. The water there is clear and almost without any obstacles. It's not also very deep, so it's recommended to beginners. I'd also mention that the beaches nearby might have a lot of shells, so be sure to bring shoes with you. Al the needed services could be found in the nearby town.
