North Benfleet Hall is an excellent and well documented 5 acre lake attracting specimen anglers, match anglers and families alike. North Benfleet Hall is a well established and productive mixed fishery and aims to provide anglers with an exceptional fishing experience.

The centre has recently undergone significant investment to its accommodation as well as new and upgraded activity stations, and now boasts: 10 Scandinavian-style log cabins; a newly built dining hall with full catering facilities; extensive camping and amenities and a fully equipped conference suite and classroom.  

Doe's Angling Club have 7 still waters. All our waters are well stocked and maintained , dueto our fishery officer and volunteer working parties. New member are welcome to join.

Eyott Sailing Club is a family club in South Woodham Ferrers that provides sail training, relaxed racing, social events and access to the water for all ages.

The lake is well established picturesque and is approx 2.4 acres in size, with depths ranging from 3ft to 18ft, with reed lined margins and numerous beds of lilly's full of tranquillity situated in Benfleet Essex .There are 10 large bivvy size swims some double ,all beautifully shaped and woodchipped for your comfort . Since the lake opened in April 95 members and day tickets have fished with phenomenal results.
