Spot Features: Larsen Lake is a small Washington lowland lake in Snohomish or King County, managed by WDFW for accessible local fishing. Largemouth bass are targeted with soft plastics and topwaters along the vegetated margins, crappie on jigs and minnows around submerged structure, pumpkinseed sunfish on small jigs and worms near the bank. Seasonality: Largemouth bass are the primary year-round sport fish at Larsen Lake, with peak activity in spring during the spawning period and in fall. Black crappie and pumpkinseed sunfish are active through the warmer months, with crappie best in spring during the spawn. The Puget Sound lowland climate allows fishing from early spring through late fall.
