Get Up Stand Up NY (GUSU) offers an array of stand up paddleboard sessions and fitness training. GUSU is a lifestyle encompassing quality movement, healthfulness, and fun to a wide range of age groups. We are continually encouraged to bring a new concept of exercise to the community, showing people that it can be quite enjoyable and highly efficient when combining both stand up paddleboarding with functional training

The Bellport Bay Yacht Club has been in existence since 1906. The mission of the club is to run numerous social and sailing events. The opportunity for children and adults to learn to sail and to race is offered through lessons at the club in conjunction with the Bellport Bay Sailing Foundation.

The Forge River Boat Club's objectives, as stated in our By-Laws, are to encourage and promote the sport of boating, Americanism, the spirit of sportsmanship and community, and to provide and maintain a suitable clubhouse for the use of its members.

Sailing lessons are available for members and non-members of all levels.

Located on the south shore of Long Island on Moriches Bay, Silly Lily Fishing Station and Marina has provided easy access and recreational opportunities to the public since 1932.
