Seasonality: Bonefish and permit are the primary flats targets in Card Sound in Miami-Dade County, Florida, at the entrance to the Florida Keys, year-round, with bonefish most accessible in the warmer months and permit best in spring and fall. Snook are warm-season inshore species. Redfish and tarpon are year-round with spring-summer tarpon peak. Spotted seatrout are fall and spring fish.
