Spot Features: Wahweap Marina is the primary marina at Lake Powell in Kane County, Utah (and Coconino County, Arizona), a 250-mile-long reservoir on the Colorado River in Glen Canyon National Recreation Area, with world-class striped bass fishing along with excellent smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, walleye, and black crappie fishing in the spectacular red rock canyon lake. Seasonality: Striped bass and smallmouth bass are the primary targets in Lake Powell (Wahweap area) in Kane County, Utah, and Coconino County, Arizona, year-round, with striped bass most active in spring and fall and smallmouth bass year-round. Largemouth bass are warm-season species. Walleye and black crappie are also present. Lake Powell is a world-class striper fishery.
