Seasonality: Redfish (red drum) and spotted seatrout are the primary inshore targets in Choctawhatchee Bay in Okaloosa and Walton counties, Florida (duplicate/alternate - see also 456722 Choctawhatchee Bay), year-round, with redfish best in fall and seatrout most productive in spring and fall. Black drum, sheepshead, and southern flounder are cool-season species.
