Seasonality: Kokanee salmon are the primary targets in Merwin Lake (Lake Merwin) in Cowlitz and Clark counties, Washington, from spring through summer, with the best action in June and July. Tiger muskie are year-round trophy targets. Rainbow trout and cutthroat trout are year-round species. Coho salmon are stocked and accessible in fall.
