Smallmouth bass with crankbaits, jerkbaits, and drop-shot rigs along the rocky banks and deep structure, largemouth and spotted bass in the more vegetated areas. Seasonality: Smallmouth bass are the primary sport fish at Dale Hollow Lake, most aggressive in the crystal-clear waters of this TVA reservoir in late spring and summer. GGuest 03 April 2025boated 4 walleye 3 little smallmouth lost 2 more walleye at the boat and lost a couple more fish , never seen'um but I believe they were walleye as well. water temp 52-55 3-2-25 WINDY today!!!!!Warm day almost 80°ANY DAY ON THE WATER IS BETTER THAN ANY DAY THAT YOU'RE NOT!!!!
