Hampstead Marina, known as 'The Island', is one of the prettiest marinas in the south of England. Situated on the non-tidal Medway between Maidstone and Tonbridge in Kent the marina provides safe and secure mooring for 160 craft in a tranquil setting.

Our Marina offers you a delightfully secluded, safe berth for your motor cruiser.

Whether you want to hire a canoe or kayak to explore the river, arrange a guided trip or improve your personal paddling with one of our courses or some individual coaching there is something here for you and it won’t break the bank.

WAM is a friendly informal canoe / kayak club based on the River Medway at Yalding in Kent.

We provide Canoe hire, guided tours and bespoke packages to ensure we have something for everyone.

Not only do we cater for boats with moorings and some marine services (there is also a chandlers very close), but we also have a caravan club cl field and a caravan rally field.

We teach Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP), kayaking, scuba diving, open water swimming and Wind Surfing. We hold Aquathon and sprint triathalon events.

Diving, kayaking, canoeing, swimming…. Our eight acre lake is the place to be if you enjoy having fun under, in or around the water. We offer a wide range of training courses, events and holidays.
