101 Surf Sports is a full service Water Sports Sporting Goods Shop specializing in Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP), Prone Paddleboarding, Windsurfing, Kiteboarding, Surfing, and Kayaking. We offer the San Francisco Bay Area a full range of lessons, gear rentals, board repair, kayak storage, stand up paddleboard storage, boat storage, and guided tours. We carry gear from the premium manufacturers including Naish, Starboard, Jimmy Lewis, NeilPryde, O'Neill, SUPreme, SIC Maui, Severne, Carve Designs, Dakine, NRS, Bark, Surftech, and Focus Hawaii.  The water is right behind our shop so come on down to Marin County, San Rafael and go for a paddle!

We offer adventure trips and classes for kayaking, rock climbing, backpacking, and mountaineering throughout California, the Bay Area, and beyond. Our rental shop is the most complete technical outdoor rental facility in the Bay Area.

The Marin Yacht Club has something for everyone, boaters and non-boaters alike. Located on 27 acres of private and secure grounds along the San Rafael Canal, our docks are well protected in a serene setting with the Bay on one side and majestic views of Mount Tamalpais on the other.  With quick and easy access to Highway 101, it is a wonderful place to meet and socialize with others who enjoy the Bay and share in all the activities the club has to offer. The MYC has excellent boating and water sport facilities, a Clubhouse with restaurant and bars, horseshoe and bocce ball courts, a Recreation Center with three tennis courts, an outdoor pool, lockers, and showers. Plus an exciting schedule of cruising, tennis and social activities for adults and families (and dogs).
