Ruby's Fish Camp, home of the River Rats, is located on Perdido river for your access to a boat launch ($4.00 launch fee), cold drinks and shade from the rain or heat. We are biker friendly & have a great family crowd with a fun and musical atmosphere.

David and Linda Venn, owners, moved from Tampa Florida in 1979 with eight canoes to open what was then Canoe Trips Perdido River. Adventures on Perdido River has provided knowledgable, personal services for your outdoor adventures for over 30 years. Overnight, full, and short day trips for tubing, canoeing, and kayaking on Perdido River are available.

WindSurfing is such a cool water sport. It surfing with a sail, it's paddleboarding without a paddle, it's sailing at it's finest. You can rig for high wind and get amazing bursts of speed or you can rig for cruising that's super fun, challenging but not extreme. I love to wind surf the bays and just cruise around, I have stopped in the middle of the bay and watched sea turtles , dolphins & rays surface and swim by, it's an amazing connection to nature and yourself, if you have not tried wind surfing, you should..... it's awesome !

Our family and specialty fishing trips are affordable and a great time for everyone involved, including our captain!
