☝️There is no one right way to navigate this situation so simply allow yourself time to adapt to the changes that are present.
🌞What I find helpful is figuring out a routine that gives me structure to my days. For me, this consists of some exercise, meditation and/or self-reflection, consistent meal times, productively of some kind, and some rest and relaxation.
