Kefalos Windsurfing and Sailing is a family-run Windsurf Center on the beautiful Greek island Kos. It is the windiest spot on the island with crystal clear flat water and sandy beaches. The bay offers perfect conditions for windsurfers of all levels!

After almost 20 years of watersport experience, i would like to introduce you to my new concept for a personal and intensive kite training at Kohilari Beach - one of the best spots in Greece - located in Kefalos, Kos island. Shallow water makes the spot ideal for beginners, but also experienced surfers meet challenges in the area. You can rely on constant thermal wind, also known as Meltemi, up to 25 knots, especially between Mai and October. We also offer kitesurf equipment rentals as well as Stand Up Paddleboard rentals for the windless days. Every day out on the water is a good day.

Our center was founded in 1992 by a German tour operator, Joe has taken the center in 1999 and initially started with windsurfing and catamaran lessons. We been infected by kite surfing since it accurse in Europe in the year 2000. So we decided to found Kitesurfing Kos in 2009 to enable beginner in kite surfing to learn that extraordinary sport in an professional and relaxing atmosphere as well in Kos.
