The Royal Yachting Association Scotland (RYA Scotland) has two distinct roles. Firstly we are a membership organisation charged with looking after the interests of individuals, clubs, training centres and affiliates of the RYA in Scotland. Secondly we are the recognised governing body for sailing in all it’s forms in Scotland.

We stock the water regularly with hard fighting rainbow trout ranging from 2lbs to over 20lbs!

The Cramond Boat Club has its Clubhouse and moorings at the mouth of the River Almond, only 4 miles from the centre of Edinburgh. The Club caters for all types of small craft, including dinghies, small cruisers and motorboats.

Our main base is at North Berwick where we run boat trips out to see the magnificent Bass Rock and out to the Isle of May.

Our spectacular sightseeing boat trips depart most days from the Hawes Pier in South Queensferry, Edinburgh

Sailing on our luxury catamaran “Edinburgh Castle” or our yacht “Inspired Capital” means enjoying an experience unique to the area.

Port Edgar Yacht Club is located at the iconic Forth Bridges and within 60 minutes drive for most people in Scotland. We offer further training and development, yacht racing, dinghy racing and cruising opportunities.

We have the largest display of ribs and Orkney fishing boats in Scotland and are always looking for new brokerage boats.
