Welcome to Friluftshuset, a inspirasjons and gathering place for those who want to be active in and around Oslo. Here you can join the yogakurs and inspirasjonskvelder, rumble in the buldrerommet, hire a kayak and take courses, get turveiledning and buy practical touring.

We are a small kayak club located in Langviksbukta on Bygdøy. The club has about 350 active members of all ages. The club's main activity is kayaking and kayaking.

We arrange courses in sea kayaking from Sørenga (Oslo). In addition, you can join us on a river lane course at Sognsvann and in Hønefoss. Few things beat the feeling of freedom you have on the water. We want you to experience, and therefore we offer guided kayaking and group events such as teambuilding and excercises.

Royal Norwegian Navy Association (KNS), founded in 1883, is Norway's largest sailing association and an active regatta organizer. The ferry lease is arranged by the KNS every year.

Sailing and boating offer many great experiences: new adventure, close contact with the sea and a sense of freedom. Should you go sailing and boating, it's a good idea to get some training before you go out. Things that can take years to learn on your own you will learn from us within a few days!
