DBC is primary a Boating Club as its name suggests, however in addition to aquatic sports it will provide other sports facilities such as Angling, Tennis, Squash, Billiards and many more. In addition to this the Club will also serve as an oasis to an exclusive group of families to come and spend their free time and meet likeminded people.

Cafe and Boat Club is a place with the combination of water front, paddle boating, walk ways and cafeteria. Here you can have fun with paddle boating, seating beside the lake or have snacks and food in the cafe. Paddles boats are on rental basis. Boats can be rented by hour or half an hour basis.

A water taxi can carry 45 passengers at a time. Each taxi also has a small canteen, which sells cake, biscuits and other light snacks.The water taxi terminals are located in Hatirjheel's FDC area, Rampura Bridge and Badda Link road
