There is a two-week Photo Contest “Catch The Wind” in the Community section of the app. The winners get a lifetime Windy.app Pro for free. To win, have the most likes to your photo or be chosen by our Windy.App team. There’re always two winners.
The rules are simple
- Post a photo of you doing an outdoor activity in the community with some great comment or a story. Be sure to write your name or nickname in the app's profile and mark the spot where the photo was taken. Don’t forget to post it with our hashtag #catchwind.
- People will like it.
- Pro version for free is yours for a lifetime!
Small recommendation: choose not the first random photo from your smartphone, but the great one. We and the users of the Windy.app love people in the photos, beautiful landscapes, the right composition, unusual angle, smiles and other emotions, jokes, and humor... Be creative!
You will find a timeframe in a post with an announcement of each photo contest from Windy.app in a community.
How to make post in a community
Go to the Community section on the main screen. Then simply click on the “+” button, then add a photo, text, choose location — send it.
What to do if you don't get many likes
You can still win!
There are a lot of good photos in the community, so during the Contest we also choose a photo we like the most.
